I read that he was stopped by the police, got out of his car and started running. Maybe alcohol was involved, no other explanation why he ended up on the train tracks. It depends on the amount of Alcohol in your blood at the time of breath test is conducted at the scene, Police then take the person to the station to do further test, and if the person is 5 times over the legal limit then you can get up to 2 years in prison!
