My mom was so pleased with the two recipes.
The besan dosai too looks very simple and nice.
Will try out all the recipes and post the feed back soon.

I will later post the chilla recipe that my friend taught me.
Today I cooked the Cauliflower Dal.
You have forgotten about the 1/2 cup of groundnuts.
I too did not know where to add it.

K, today I prepared rajma gravy for rice... it was good... as u said i had cut ginger and garlic and crushed those with my knife... thanks for the tip
