Thiru Tamby, I forgot to tell you, the nandu has to be alive, when you buy.
You know they call it , kaanda nandu.
I do not know what they call it there.
Not the dead ones that they call flower nandu.

NOV anneh can you help me?
What do they call the nandu's that are alive?

dead crab... vittaa funeral panniduveenga pOla ... yeah, those are called flower crabs and live in water exclusively

the live crabs are called mud crabs and move in both land and water and called kaandaa nandu in thamizh
