Is it widely mentioned? (Early on in the film, I was alerted to the similarity by someone else or by some PR-esque gesture by Sudeep when talking to the heroine.) But anyway, romba subtle-A dhAn irukku. The performance is not a blatant imitation in any sense but an outcome of internalizing the Prakash Raj arc (from the cocky, powerful man to the very desperate) so well. Which is what I wanted to highlight.
