    IPL-kum football kum sammandham illaye, apart from superficial ones like reduced duration, face painting etc? IPL is just an obnoxious but addictive concoction/kankaatchi. I don't watch cricket after Sachin (kadaisiya kanisama paathadhu Sachin Sydney match highlights paathen nenaikkaren) but indha karumam IPL sila naatkalukku mela paakkaama irukka mudiyardhilla. Unnecessary evil

    B(K) both are fast paced and ECB structured it intentionally to get back their youths to the game..Lalit added a super bowl twist with cheerleaders/loud music and clearly knew who is target audience were.
