Thanks Ramrish for your nice post.
Very good of your husband to make the rasam for you.

My grandma used to tell us that always use moong dal if you are not well.
Moong dal it seems is more gentle on your stomach.
It does not cause flatulence, and has antioxidant prpperties.
It also provides resistance against infectious diseases.

    Thanks Ramrish, take care, Kugan

    Method:

Heat oil in a wok, add in the mustard seeds and smashed garlic, saute well.

Cover the wok and cook on medium heat till beans are tender.
Now add in the boiled channa dal, fry for a minute.

Now add in the ground powder, mix well and let it cook for few minutes.
The dish will be a dry one.

Kuganka, so many recipes. Sorryka. I went on a holiday , that,s why I was missing.
Nice rasam recipes, will try soon.

Rose, sorry to hear about the loss in your house.
Ramrish, hope you are better now.
Best wishes for Rubenee and her brother.
    Advance birthday wishes for her.

Kuganka, Ihad two types of fried garlic rice on my trip.
One was Indian type, little red in color.
The other was Chinese type white with spring onions. Both tasted great.
By the way, please post the recipes if you have.
    Thanks ka , gulabjamun
