I can't place DDL's accent. Working class Irish?

nerdy, to me Attakathi's one of the best albums of the year so far. Simple and fresh sounding, especially the two melodies in it. Delectable guitars! And for a new composer and an obscure label, the recording quality is top notch.

Honest, your long review is due on this film.
Got exactly the same doubt! Not a single hubber watched this one yet? The posters looked interesting; I haven't heard any songs or seen any trailers though.

    Have always varied.

His worst is the latest one, Nine. Fake Italian-English with Irish dents all over it.

Although not working class (He comes from a high Art background.), he does the working class British accent really well. My favorite here My beautiful Laundrette.

I mean in Ghandhi, what accent is that? Not cockney (Michael Caine-nA cockney, cockney-nA Michael Caine), or working class type (Craig tend to have that occasionally even in Bond), and here DDL has both the Scottish brogue and Irish lilt. And working class-ish English accent. enakku onnum puriyala, I am going back home. You don't sleep tonight, K_G.

It sounds a bit Afrikaans English accented.
