Dev: One version of kuzhambu will be to roast the curry leaves in little oil , powder it and use it in Poondu Puli kuzhambu, it addsa unique flavor. The kozhumbu will be called Karuvepillai Poondu kuzhambu. Also Poondu should not be chopped, just whole Garlic pods.
