Javier was menacing in No country for old men. Especially in a scene where he asks shop owner to call head/tail. I have seen some of his Spanish movies. And I thought he would be perfect guy to be bond villain. In certain extend, he could overshadow Daniel Craig if gets enough of footage. But at the end it's a bond movie. Eagerly waiting for the weekend....I would like to see it in IMAX if I get ticket.

Without giving to much away, in some scenes you feel as if Bond is the villain and not Javier. As a viewer I've never sympathized with a villain as much as I have in Skyfall.

Yes, Go for it bro. I fall in the category of people who would go as far as saying this is the best bond movie ever but then again I went in with zilch expectations.

Javier is not as menacing as earlier bond villains... more caricature like joker of batman
a very personal bond movie... better than QoS but CR is still better
Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

Certainly not menacing and yes I also can relate him to joker. His character is well defined, he's out to solve his personal problems and rightly achieves. I can't remember the last time a villain fulfilled their own wishes. The only grudge I have against him, is *spoiler alert* why did he have kill that hottie?
