Yes.. Definitely it would have left the Ms fuming. But their films are different from ours and this euphoria will not affect them I believe.

Kerala Vijay fans have a blast on Deepavali day
It was a blasting Deepavali for Vijay fans, who got a fully-loaded entertainment to celebrate. ‘Thuppakki’, the much-awaited Vijay film, had a rousing reception in the city. Setting a record, the show began at 4.15 am in Sree Padmanabha theatre. The first two shows in Sree Padmanabha were exclusively for Vijay fans, who thronged theatres carrying crackers and wearing white T-shirts with pictures of Vijay printed on them.
Apart from Sree Padmanabha, ‘Thuppakki’ is also being screened at Ajantha and Remya.Around 2,300 Vijay fans watched the film at Sree Padmanabha by the end of the first three shows on Tuesday. Ajantha and Remya too witnessed heavy rush. An exciting reception in a similar manner occurred last time for the Rajnikanth film ‘Sivaji’ when it was released at 7 am. According to officials of Sree Padmanabha theatre, the screening time of 4.15 am was a record. Balcony seats at Sree Padmanabha are already booked for Wednesday. Reservation had begun for ‘Thuppakki’ two days in advance.
Unlike earlier Vijay-starrers, ‘Thuppakki’ is getting rave reviews too. Vijay has paired with Kajal Aggarwal in this A R Murugadoss film, an action thriller set against the backdrop of terrorism in Mumbai. The film was termed as one of the highly anticipated movies of the year.
Deepavali celebrations began for Vijay fans early in the morning when they burst crackers in front of the theatres screening ‘Thuppakki.’
