Taran Adarsh: The one *recent* film that's solid as a rock in UK, USA + Canada and Australia is Tamil film #Thuppakki. Will share numbers in a while.

Nett means total gross-[Entertainment Tax + Production cost]. Is that right podas?

Gross = Number of tickets sold * Avg Ticket price

    Gross - ET = Nett

From this nett, the theatre owners subtract their rent and forward the balance to the distributors. This is called DISTRIBUTOR's SHARE. And based on the agreed terms, the producer and distributor shares this amount. This amount along with the advance amount that the distributor had paid upfront to the producer covers the production cost and profits, if any.

Watched the movie 4 times still not yet bored but a small disappointment ie ARM had mentioned that he had given vijay very tough dance movements but i didnt find any such new or hard dance movements .. Thalaivar panna steps ellam its like a jujubi for him nothing is like challenging for him ... This is my view ... wat u feel guys???
