Except a new hubber (may be old too),no other hubber questioned Mangatha's success here. There were days in which BO collection of one film was updated with comparison charts and BW reports. Even I dont have faith in BW reports,especially after the OKOK comedy. But I posted it intentionally since BW and Sify (higher number of the two) is considered to be the benchmark here.
Nobody here claimed that Vijay beat Rajni's opening or Kamal's acting, at least to my knowledge. Every film that made it to the top of the charts had their own advantages to play with - let alone Thuppakki.
I learned long ago, never to wrestle with a pig. You get dirty, and besides, the pig likes it.

Vijay and Kajal Agarwal starring Thuppakki movie which is released on November 13 has smashing all the records in Malaysia and turned as all time highest opening weekend Tamil grosser after Endhiran in Malaysia.
Finally we are only able to get the opening weekend collection figures of the film. Thuppakki is also become as highest Tamil grosser of 2012 in Malaysia were the film smashes all previous biggies all time collection in its six days extended opening weekend collection.
The film which is released equal screen of Superstar Rajinikanth starrer Endhiran has grossed Rs. 4.68 crore (MYR 2,564,925) on 80 screens in weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun) and Endhiran has collected MYR 3,352,425 on 80 screens in its opening weekend (Fri,Sat,Sun).
Thuppakki average working out per screen Rs. 5.85 lakhs (MYR 32,061) and totally collected Rs. 7.34 crore (MYR 4,025,625) in six days extended opening weekend at Malaysia. Thuppakki will easily take place in 2nd or 3rd place in all time highest Tamil grosser in Malaysia.
Top opening weekend Tamil grosser all time:-
1. Endhiran – MYR 3,352,425 on 80 screens
2. Thuppakki – MYR 2,564,925 on 80 screens
3. Sivaji – MYR 1,978,946 on 54 screens (estimate)
4. Dasavatharam – MYR 1,834,360 on 58 screens

According to 2012 Malaysian Box office report Thuppakki emerges as No.1 among all the Tamil releases ans stands at 31st position among all the releases in Malaysia in 2012. Thuppakki collected 7.33 crores in Malaysia till now.Among the other 2012 releases Maatraan holds second position followed by Billa2 and Nanban. Here is the list of Box office numbers from Malaysia for 2012
1)Thuppakki - 7.33 crores
2)Maatran- 6.29 crores
3)Billa2 - 5.30 crores
4)Nanban -4.88 crores
5) Three - 2.6 crores
By all time first weekend grosser Thuppakki will be at number two or three since only estimated collection for Sivaji is available:
1)Endhiran- 6.09 crores
2)Thuppakki- 4.66 crores

The Chennai box-office is booming. Vijay’s Thuppakki is creating new records. It has taken a distributor share of Rs 4.60 Crore in 13 days which is phenomenal by any yardstick. Thuppakki is the clear number one by a mile.

Ajay, Kamal acting or Rajini,Just meant to show how exagerrated certain posts looked without knowing actual thing be it Regardig downplaying Mankatha or like everyone was waiting for Vijay film to fail.So is the Victory for Mankind though every big star of his caliibre faces the same.Thatsit
