Another scene was the flight fight with Thengai Seenivasan, was adopted from the 1963 Bond Movie 'Goldfinger' again Connery with the villain in the climax. Even NT makes a walk in the climax of Deiva Magan in a James Bond tuxedo with guns in hand, replicating the gun barrel sequence of Connery Bond films. NT in his Pudiya Paravai had also admirably followed Sean Connery's style of drinking in the Bond Introduction scene of Dr.No. In many movies the Bond dress fitted our NT as glove in hand, particularly Thangasurangam and Raja. In this world almost all actors have tried Bond mannerisms but only few were so close to Connery's screen presence as Bond. NT with his acting prowess has polished the desi version of Bond infused with sentiments that are non-Bond pattern. Since Makkal Kalaignar Jai Shankar used to play light roles only without much sentiments he was at that time titles as the Thennagaththu James Bond! But NT tried to give a polish to Bond as a real life spy than a larger than life hero. In Thangasurangam and Raja NT's dresses were very impressive for his lean and fitting body at that time like a Bond.
