Madhuji: You and me both may be wrong! :) The citation on P. Susheela's award that year was: "For her immense contribution to the musical excellence of the film." In other words, the award was for her overall singing in the movie and not for a specific song. All the music awards that year went to MEGHASANDESAM. Yesudas's citation was: "For his rich contribution to the musical element of the film." ; and for Ramesh Naidu, it was: "For his use of classical music to enhance the aesthetic quality of the film." By the way, "priyE chaaruseelE..." in this movie was a duet.
