Oats Chapathi
Looks very healthy though :slurp:
Kugan, very nice healthy oats chapathi. I will certainly try it out. You have not said anything about the rajma curry that I have asked. Also my father -in law always likes to eat steamed talicha kolkattai. Can you make that using oats? Thanks Kugan
Yet again! :sigh2:
You get cholesterol from animal fat, not vegetable fat.
Animal fat: Ghee, Milk, Cheese, Panneer, Lard, etc
And you are right Rakesh, tofu cannot absorb anything - not oil, not taste...
Kugan, oats chapati looks great! will try tomorrow itself. Yet to try oats upma and pongal--so many recipes!
kugan, will def try ur method of boiling soya chunks... I also want to try a soya curry with sakthi chicken masala... I just love that masala powder to make egg curry, noodles etc...
What tofu is that, Raghu? Over here they are usually soaked in water. Both hard and soft tofu.
Rakesh anna
I normally eat in Chinese/Thai for lunch break. I often eat mix vegetables with Tofu as my main dish. It has deep fried tofu with noodles and Mix veg, and if you squeeze the tofu you get an Oily / Watery liquid comes out! Perhaps it is water, but it tastes like oil
Rose, thanks for your nice post. Do try the oats chapathi.
Sorry Rose, I will soon post the recipe for the creamy rajma.
I have posted one before, but I will post another one soon.
Oh, my God, Sumi is chasing me with her oats recipes.
Now you want the kolukkatai recipe with oats.:-D
Yes, I do have one recipe, I will post it soon.
Thanks, take care, Kugan98
Thanks NOV anneh, nice to see you in the thread.
Also our Groucho anna.
My family loves tofu. We make tofu sambal,
tofu soy sauce, stuffed tofu, add it in fried noodles,
in vegetables, in soups and so on.
Enjoy it P.S Tamby. take care, Kugan98
