I trust KSR to get likable songs from ARR.... KSR ku ARR podara songs lam different kind of level.. athu oru vera maathiri taste la nalla irukkum..... not sure how many ppl would have liked thothapuram (Varalaru), padaiyappa songs and then..... varalaru BGM....... many commented at the time of movie that BGM was bad........... but i liked it......... it was kind of a gethu BGM at many places....... at least in my opinion...

The much-awaited teaser of Superstar Rajinikanth's Lingaa released on Nov 1st evening. The 30 second Lingaa teaser showed a pacy Rajini that revealed nothing much about the story but shows how magnificent the film will be. In just over a day, the Youtube views have already touched more than 1.2 million.
Getting a million views for a big movie has become a common affair nowadays. These number of views were expected, considering the power-packed action sequences and the style that 'Thalaivar' shows on screen.
Bringing back his old 'Alexpandian' energy, Rajini is seen in a stylish attire and looks like he has more than one character in the movie. Everything related to Lingaa is an expectation and creates huge tingle among fans. The movie has taken the social media by a storm and the teaser is expected to increase its number of views in the next few days!

Lingaa’s music album which marks the comeback of the colossal combo of Superstar Rajinikanth, A.R. Rahman and K.S. Ravikumar, was touted to release on the 9th of November. Now the current industry buzz is that the audio release might be pushed a little further to the 16th of November. But we still don’t have any official confirmation from the team yet.
The teaser of Lingaa that was released on the 1st of November is currently the talk of the tinsel town and is expected to garner 2 million views by the end of the day.

The big buzz in internet circles is about Lingaa's Indian theatrical rights being snapped up by Eros International for a never-heard-before record price for a South Indian film. Lingaa will have a Tamil and Telugu version, and Eros is reported to have snapped up the Indian release rights of all the language versions of Lingaa.

Shattering or Shuttering Business? I really feel pity for Indian audience who gets to hear this exact non-sense every single time in name of hype ! The worldwide release rights of the Superstar starrer and the K S Ravikumar directorial Lingaa have been acquired by Eros International. The film has Anushka and Sonakshi as the women leads and is complemented by a very talented supporting cast. Rathnavelu handles camera, A R Rahman takes care of music and Sabu Cyril has done the art designs.
On acquiring the rights of the film, Sunil Lulla, Managing director of Eros International says, “We are delighted to present and release worldwide Superstar Rajinikanth’s much anticipated film Lingaa. Audiences across the globe keenly await his first live action film after the blockbuster Robot”

Heard that there is an agreement with Eros and Rajini for 3 movies starting with Kochadaiyaan. Total cost for all 3 movies was fixed as well. If these sites want to prove that they have some exclusive news let them investigate and confirm that cost. Madras high court moved to stop release of Rajinikanth's Lingaa movie
MADURAI: A writ petition has been filed in the Madurai bench of the Madras high court seeking a stay on Superstar Rajinikanth's movie "Lingaa."
In his petition, filmmaker Ravi Rathinam alleged that the storyline of "Lingaa" was same as that of his 2013 movie "Mullai Vanam 999."
Hence the petitioner wanted the court's direction to stop the release of the Rajinikanth-starrer.
"Lingaa," directed by K S Ravikumar, is scheduled to be released on December 12.
