Hello kaatu_poochi: "thozhudhu madangum..." from AKSHARANGAL is a great song; ONV's lines set to music by Shyam, and beautifully sung by Unni Menon. I will let you in on a little bit of trivia regarding this song... Quoting from a silly (and stupid) politician, the media went into a frenzy that the 1984 Kerala State Award for best male singer was given to K.J. Yesudas for this song! The accusation was that Yesudas collected the award, and kept quiet about Unni Menon being the real singer of the song. Of course, Unni Menon was the real singer. Yesudas actually won the award that year for "ee marubhoovil..." from the movie SWANTHAM SARIKA!
