IMHO, I dont think Kamal can be as menancing as Raghuvaran, Rajni, Sathyaraj and Prakashraj alike, it just does not work for him.

He doesn't do needless gimmicks which others do without fail. Infact only gimmicks play main role for others. He will do only things which the character/script demands. But within that scope itself he plays century! I wud like to add the micheal of MMKR too.

the title says 'heroes'.... so raghuvaran is not the immediate choice for most of us. we think of rajni, kamal and the likes. raghuvaran def one of the best no doubt

You guys got to be kidding about Kamal, negative-nA odane Sigappu Rojakkal and Alavandhan. That's all eh? Here's my list:

SollathAn ninaikkiren (womaniser), Punnagai Mannan (seriously, he's an a*****e arrogant pr**, till Revathi charms him), Nizhal Nijamagiradhu (almost a stalker), Ilamai Oonjaladugirathu (girlfriend cheater), Sagar Sanggamam (bitter, missed-the-bus former dancer wannabe masquerading as cultural critic, oh, an alcoholic too), Neeya (Snake-killer, which is not a bad thing for me), NinaithAle, Inikkum (self-centred lead vocal who almost destroyed his band for the love of the girl, which is kinda like every rock band ever), Tappu TAlanggal (cameo as prostitute visiting sEtt-u), Kadal Meengal (responsible for a bastard child), Vazhvey mAyam (he made me cry, a nine year old kid, okay ), Toongathe Thambi toongathe (drug addict), Naayagan (come on, you know), Apoorva Sahotharargal (Appu is not cute little feller), MMKR (Michael, the blade in tongue thingy still gives me the creep), Hey Ram (he was trying to assasinate Ghandi, remember), VirumAndi (who's story you believe?).
