When aalavandan was about to be released, there was some news about his next project being titled Naran with amitabh.This too got dropped.

After the Naran news, Tenali came. Even there AMitabh's name was there for Jayaram's role.

There are many where the names were announced but nothing happened.
A few I can recollect fast :
- KrishnaLeela
- Superman
- Tippu
(these arae part from rumors of movies with Vasu, Saran etc..)
