That interval block and 10mins confrontation scene between Thalaivar and Lal perfectly made! totally a cracker on screen! adding to that, i liked that scene where vijay eats aloof in his own sisters marriage

yes that's a very touching scene and Vijay certainly connected with the audience there...same with the scene where he comes to save his sister.
