Yea that was such a nice subtle touch. Lal did extremely well to convey that feeling and Vijay's reaction to that was also too good. You totally believe the emotions of these two.

Exactly...a good actor would always connect with the audience with the way he emotes..and both Lal and Vijay were great in that scene. Also, the anger that Vijay shows while threatening the commissioner before leaving him on the road..superb!!!
