He made me sooooo comfortable yesterday, so I asked him if he could do a piece from HTNI/NBW/I24Hrs/TIS and he said he dont have notes for that and is too late to prepare.
I also referred how Maestro changes tune for songs (e.g. Maanguyilae in various tune and most recently in Toronto in the same tune as Rathiriyil Poothirukkum) and asked if such things are prepared for the show. He mentioned that none of this is prepared. When MC pull people randomly to stage, they normally fallback on maestro and throw something at him. Thats how most of the shows are. In Chennai, someone pulled Yuvan in front of Maestro and since Yuvan was silent, he asked how he would compose like Yuvan. Same in Toronto as well.
