John Dies at the End
A cute little movie, eventhough branded Horror, there is nothing to get scared about. Its neither a comedy nor a thriller. Its unique. I do not wish to give away much about the movie, give it a view and you won't be disappointed.

[For Horror films fans]
2 Films Back to Back [Attention Rated R for gore & other unplesant scenes - What you expect from a Thai/korean Horror Films]:
Movie 1
Modus Anomali [Indonesia]
Thriller
A man stuck in the woods, without having any idea how he was caught in this suituation, desperately searches for his kids at the sametime should escape from a slient killer who is trailing him. In his search he discovers that he had come to the woods with his family and a strange attack has put him in this position. How he tackles the suituation is the rest of the story.
Amazing point : For the 1st 40 minutes there is only one character. Its wonderful how they make you watch it - griping visuals and excellent screen play.
Movie 2
3am [Thai]
Horror
3 entirely different stories combined as 3am with a runtime of 90 minutes.
Story 1 : A ghost comes to get back its hair that has been sold in a Wig Shop.
Story 2 : A male nurse has to save a dead bride from the ghost of the bridegroom
Story 3 : A prank at night shift goes horribly wrong.
All 3 stories have scares every where. Eventhough the ghosts are laughable, they are still scary. Ofcoarse, all the 3 stories have twists. Got the 2nd story twist rightaway and partially the 3rd one - as the director confused me ... LoL

Perfect Number aka Suspect X (Korean - release year 2012)
Directed by Bang Eun-jin
Based on The Devotion of Suspect X by Keigo Higashino
Remake of 2008 hit Japanese movie Suspect X
Starring : Ryu Seung-beom as the matematician Kim Suk-go, Lee Yo-won as Kim's neighbour Baek Hwa-sun, Jo Jin-woong as Detective Jo Min-bum
A depressed Mathematician Kim comes to the aide of his neighbour Baek to hide the murder Baek had just comitted - killed her harassing ex-husband. Enters the Detective Jo who is investigating a unidentified corspe found by the river side. The evidence around the dead body points to the ex-husband of Baek. During introgation Jo finds that Baek has a valid alibi, thanks to the well established plan of Kim, but he is not convinced. He starts poking his nose much more, when he finds out that Kim is his school hood friend. The rest is how Kim continues to hide the crime, Baek's fear tearing her and whether Jo cracks the case.
A very powerful story with the help of a great screenplay, make Perfect number an engaging watch. In the running time of 120 mins, the first 1 hours is pure mystry and then the movie shifts to Romance still keeping the warmth of the crime. The 3 lead actors (including the 4th who plays the neice of Baek) have lived their roles. The lighting sets up a good ambience and the mood needed well thru the runtime. The Bgm is gripping evoking the correct emotions needed. The show stealer is the story and its execution. As for most Korean movies if you do not pay attention you seize to understand the end or the twists - but this film is straight forward and when the revelation is absolutely brilliant.
But still, some may feel the 2nd half is a bit slow as its driven by emotions but its a double delight for mystry and romance film fans.
Perfect Number - Perfect Film
