Hello K the party dishes makes me hungry.
THanks to Kugan and PS Thamby for the organic info. I share certain things from costco if it is bulk. have one friend. yes the samples fills u up if one is going on the weekend.

i cut the whole perungayam into pieces and stored them in small glass bottle now all the pieces stuck together and its very difficult to pull them apart. any ideas on how to take it out and store them

Dear Sangeetha, I do not think you can pull the pieces apart.
I always, cut them when I want to use.
May be you can try, dry roasting them in a wok lightly before storing.
Any ideas my friends. Thanks and take care, Kugan.
NOTE: I cooked dinner for few people on Friday.
So I dedicated that to our Madhu anna
