Here is another useful idea:
Never argue with a fool or he will drag you down to his level and beat you at it through sheer experience!

BABY CORN MANCHURIAN (Kugan )
I had some baby corn lying in my fridge. My children love the manchurian.
Give it a try, Kugan
BABY CORN MANCHURIAN
Ingredients:
(A)
Oil for frying
5 tbs corn flour
1 ˝ tbs all purpose flour
1 tbs rice flour
1 tsp ginger garlic paste
Salt
Little water
300 grms baby corn, each slit and cut across.
1 tsp oil
1 tsp ginger garlic chopped fine
1 big onion cut into cubes
1 capsicum cut into cubes
2 tsp soy sauce
5 tbs tomato sauce
2 tbs chillie sauce
Little spring onion chopped
Method:
Heat oil in a non stick pan for frying.
In a bowl add in all the ingredients in (A) and make a thick batter.
Now mix the cut baby corn in the batter, and fry till golden brown. Keep aside.
Now in another pan heat 1 tsp of oil. Add in the chopped ginger garlic.
Sauté a little, add in the cubed onions and capsicum.
Mix well for a minute, add in the sauces, stir fry for a minute.
Add in the fried baby corn, mix well and remove.
Garnish with the spring onions and serve warm.
