Thanks ka, I love the sweet and sour dishes.
Either done with prawns, chicken or tofu. Can you post for me the recipe.
It will be something like this manchurian.

NOV anneh no problem. Senchitta pochi.
You posted a recipe called oreo ice cream pudding.
It had eggs in it, I modified by adding a tbs of flaxseed powder.
Came out nice. Here is the picture.

As soon as I buy the nutella, I will try it out.
    Thanks and take care, Kugan.

    Moor rasam

The weather is so hot, and children stare at me if I make puli curry and so on.
This moor based rasam will do justice for the hot weather.

    MOOR RASAM

    Ingredients:

    1 litre thin mooru
    3 tsp gram flour
    Little tumeric powder
    2 tsp oil
    ½ tsp mustard seeds
    ½ tsp cumin seeds
    1 sprig curry leaves
    Little asafoetida powder
    2 tsp green chillie paste
    Little coriander leaves
    Salt to taste

    Method:

Mix the salt, gram flour and the mooru.
Heat a pan with the oil. Add in the mustard and cumin seeds.
Let them splutter, add in the green chillie paste and curry leaves.
Saute for about 5 seconds. Then add in the asafoetida powder.

Add in the tumeric powder, mix well then add in the mooru mixture.
Cook on medium heat, when it comes to boil, off the stove.
Garnish with the coriander leaves, serve with rice or as a drink.
