Hello Sangeetha, sorry for the late reply.
Lots of weddings, no time to breath.
Glad you like the rasam recipe.
The link that Madhu anna gave belongs to his better half.
Try them out.

SPINACH WITH COCONUT (Kugan )
Another simple spinach dish with a twist.
SPINACH WITH COCONUT
Ingredients:
300 grms spinach, chop it finely with the stems.
2 pips garlic
Salt to taste
A pinch of sugar
Grind to a smooth paste:
3 green chillies chopped
¼ cup grated coconut
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp oil
½ tsp mustard seeds
½ tsp urad dal
2 red chillie cut into pieces
¾ cup curds whisked
Method:
In a pot, add in the spinach, garlic, salt and a pinch of sugar.
Add just enough water to cook the greens.
When cooked, mash the greens well.
Now, add in the ground coconut, and boil till every thing blends well.
In a pan, heat the oil, add in the seasonings, when they splutter,
Pour it into the pot of mashed greens. Mix well, off the stove.
Now add in the whisked curds and mix well. Serve with rice or roti.
