It's a good news for Ajith fans, Thala 54 project is all set to release for Pongal 2014 which means it's going to be a Thala Pongal for Ajith's fans.The producers confirmed the release of the film on 2014 pongal and was all on praise of Ajithkumar and the director Siva for making the film happen in rapid speed. As of now 60% of the shooting is over and two beautiful songs composed by Devi Sri Prasad were shot in exotic locations in Switzerland . Producers lauded Ajith's co-operation in the tough weather conditions of Switzerland.

Tamanna is paired opposite Ajith,with Santhanam, Bala, Vidharth, Munish, Suhail, Rameshkanna, Appukutty, NadodigalAbhinaya, Manochithra, Suzakumar of' Ethirneechal', Elavarasu, Mayilsami, Periyardasan, Devadharshini, Vidhyulekha Raman, Crane Manohar, Pradeep Rawat and many more interesting cast is to happen.
