Pattathu Yaanai - fails.
I think they wrote the comedy bits first and tried to fit a story in between the movie. In 1st half Santhanam provides the comedy. In 2nd half Villain gang provides the comedy. It might have worked some years ago. I still believe there is a market for masala movies, but they have to be able to try out fresh ideas instead of same ideas since 1970.
As usual Thaman S. auto tune button mela kunthittaan. Enthira , thambi Enthira.
B. Pandian did ok with Malaikottai but dissapoints with Pattathu Yaanai. I am starting to appreciate that Malaikottai after watching this.
