Viswaroopam-II Updates:
1)Shooting presently Kodaikanal, tamil nadu.. Entire team is surprised with thalaivar knowledge about kodaikanal. Thalaivar even knows at what time light will be good for love scenes and for other scenes.Something beyond cinema.
2)September month expecting teaser or trailer.
3)Thalaivar plan to release the movie on nov-7 (if all goes well)
4)He plans to break his own records through viswaroopam-2 in terms of high budget as well as collection.
5)Shooted a song which will beat Unnai kaanadhu nan "vishwaroopam" song,once this song is on screen we will forget that stunning dance.
6)LAST BUT NOT LEAST HE IS TAKING MORE CARE TO SHOOT A FIGHT SCENE WHICH SHOULD BE FAR FAR FAR BETTER THAN TRANSFORMATION SCENE OF Viswaroopam.

Vishwaroopam is prolific in its 4th weekend

Vishwaroopam is in its 4th week in overseas markets like the US and UK and it is still setting the cash registers ringing. In the UK, till date the movie has grossed 2.49 crores and it is still running in 11 screens there. In the US, the movie has amassed a huge 5.57 crores till date, which works out to more than 1 million USD. 11 screens are again still showing the movie in the States.



The Telugu version of Vishwaroopam has also collected more than 1 crore (1.08 crores exactly) in the US and 6 screens are still running the movie.

Kamal Haasan must be mighty pleased with the performance of his magnum-opus.

Kamal Haasan jumps out of car to avoid a collision

During the filming of Vishwaroopam 2 recently, actor Kamal Haasan was injured in the leg while taking part in a stunt sequence. The shot involved him jumping out of a car just before colliding with another car. Kamal wanted to make the shot as real as possible and ruled out the usage of stunt doubles as he didn't wish to cheat the audience. It is just a minor injury though and the ace is expected to be back on his feet soon.

Like the first edition, the sequel would also be heavy on stunts and even the two actresses, Pooja Kumar and Andrea, are daring to push the limits for the stunts. The team is targeting a Diwali release and the filming is happening at a break-neck speed. Dubbing and other post production processes are happening simultaneously and Kamal had earlier said that already 90% of the filming is complete.

The team had recently camped in Kodaikanal for the last leg of their shoots.
