மன்னிக்கவும்.பெயர் போடாமல்,இது யாருடைய சிலை என ஒரு போட்டியாக வைத்திருந்தால் ,"எஸ்.எஸ்.ஆர்." என்பதே என் பதிலாக இருந்திருக்கும்.
ஒரு பெரிய சைஸ் கொலு பொம்மை போல காணப்படும் இச்சிலை, தலைவருக்கு சிலை வைக்காமலும் அவமரியாதை செய்யலாம் ,அல்லது வைத்த சிலையை திறக்காமல் கோணி போட்டு கட்டி வைத்தும் அவமரியாதை செய்யலாம் எனும் இரண்டு வழிகளுடன்,இப்படி சிலை வைத்தும் அவமரியாதை செய்யலாம் என்பதையே நிரூபிக்கிறது.

Dear Ganpat sir,

You are right. Thatswhy I mentioned that, the mistake they did was multi colour applied for the statue. If they applied elephant black or golden colour for the full statue, it will not be that much horrible.

another mistake is, instead of taking his normal photo as model, they took some movie still as model for statue.

But we should appreciate their affection on THALAIVAR to erect a statue.

(For your information, even the Mahathma Gandhi statue in Chennai Marina beach is not looks like Gandhi we are seeing in photos, but looks like Vallabhai Patel).
