The promos of VC looked a bit like Raja Rani, except it looked more kiddish.
TM, SP & 2Ya parthutu kudu Shiva padam promote panrein-na, adhuku lam oru special dhill vennum ... LoL
Appadi illa, on the whole its a pleasure to see TFI movies releasing in France, that too 2013 saw almost every movie releasing here. That means TFI has got good market here. Just promotion kongam fine tune panna other competitors-a easy over take panidalam.

Shiva, Vimal & Siva Karthikeyan, should come out of their comfort zones and try out something demanding : some points -
Shiva : sirikama joke addikarthu / crispness in delivering dialogues (sentences half thaan pesuvaar + punctuations-na enna-nu theriyathu)
Vimal : appavi mari face vachikarthu / articulation / body language
Siva : gigling even for mokkai moments / unnecessary frowns / showing more energy than needed / meter acting - I think he lacks concentration

Apart from that, these guys do pull reasonable crowds.

You are being silly here. You are wrong here again. What risk is involved here? I don't know what you are on about risk and all. She does't want to act glamerous and what's wrong with it? There are far better directors that use a good actress in non-glamerous roles. If the director is incompetent and cheap, and he cannot shoot a film without bellybutoons and all the nonsense, he can spare us. Imagine if this was done to a male actor, his fans and all others would be up in arms, ready to knock out the director. Just because, she's a girl, she doesn't have to put up with these half intelligent people taking advantage.
