Dear Vinod Sir - many more happy returns ( belated) - I personally derive lots of inspiration from your dedication to the assignment being handled. Every one knows what is PPP project is - it is Public Private Partnership - I always say in many forums - only 3Ps are not adequate for success of a PPP project - it requires another 3Ps - Passion , Perseverance and Patience ( Patience because - back ended return on investment and not upfront) - these 3Ps , highly visible in NT and MT 's threads and glad to say that you are one of the founding fathers of MT thread . Great and long live Sir !!
