Hello Kannan anneh, thanks for your nice post.
Anneh, the cranberry is just like our sour mango, so you can make the sweet patchadi, or thokku as one pleases.
Not necessary to add lot of kaaram.

So happy that the kadalai urundai came out nice in your house.
I just made pori urundai, sundal for prayers.

Adada, what happened to the masal vadai?
Sangeetha made it and it came nice for her, she posted the picture to me.
Kannan anneh, ungalukkum, masal vadaikum, etho oru prchanai irukku
    Take care anna.

Welcome to Kugan's Kitchen forum Peter Sir.
Very happy to know that you have tried few recipes.
I have posted few mushroom recipes, curry and masala.
Of course without chicken or mutton.
Since I am a vegetarian I can try with tofu or mock meat.
Hope you would be with us.
    Take care.

    CHOCOLATE ICE CREAM

    Ingredients:

    1 ½ cu[ps of whole milk
    ½ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
    1 cup sugar

    2 cups heavy cream
50 grms of melted dark chocolate
    1 tsp vanilla essence

    Method:

Whisk together milk, cocoa powder and sugar to combine.
The sugar should have completely dissolved.

Stir in heavy cream, melted chocolate and vanilla.
Freeze it for at least 2 hours until firm.

Remove from fridge, use a fork to break out the mixture.
Blend it using a hand held beater for few seconds.
Return the mixture to the freezer for another 3 hours.

You might need to repeat the process at least twice for a smoother texture.
Freeze the mixture over night and you are ready for a scoop.
Store your ice cream in an air tight plastic container at the back of the freezer.
