VIJAY'S JILLA LEADS AJITH'S VEERAM IN OVERSEAS AND KERALA

The biggest battle in Kollywood is all set to happen on January 10 and now the estimated overseas screen counts of Veeram and Jilla are out. According the trade sources Vijay's Jilla is likely to release in 200+ screens in overseas (excluding Dubai and Malaysia) while Ajith's Veeram is likely to release in 150+ screens in overseas (excluding Dubai and Malaysia).

The reason for Jilla's lead is found to be Vijay's strong foothold in UK and France market, in UK and France alone Vijay's Jilla will be releasing in 68 screens while Veeram will be releasing in 32 screens.

In USA Veeram will be releasing in 67 screens while Jilla will be releasing in 69 screens. The Malaysia and Dubai screens counts are almost expected to be equal for both Jilla and Veeram, hence one can conclude the Vijay's Jilla leads Ajith Veeram by 50-60+ screens in the overseas territory.

Similarly even in Kerala Vijay's Jilla out numbered Ajith's Veeram by huge margin as both Mohanlal and Vijay are having huge market there. Mohanlal recently assured that Jilla will be releasing in 300 theaters.

In Karnataka as of now both Veeram and Jilla will be releasing in 50+ screens. The total Tamil Nadu screen count of Jilla and Veeram will be announced soon , stay tuned for more updates.
