Vijay 360º - #Jilla has just reached the 100 Crore mark.

Though it's not about the Film's net collection. But counting the overall business including satellite rights, music rights, distribution rights etc.

Drishyam is an excellent movie that's raking the moolah still in Kerala & overseas even weeks after it had been released. Lets take into account that also besides his influence and such things... There's no point in arguing much with Drishyam & other 2 movies.

'Bharat' Mohanlal as he's called in Kerala is an actor par-excellence. Mammotty and Mohanlal have ruled/continue to rule the Malayalam film industry and have been around 3 decades now with a huge fan following. Its not surprising at all that he outsmarted both these movies with his Drishyam. That said, Jilla would still have done well w/o Mohanlal but with a slightly lesser margin since Vijay himself has a good following to boast in Kerala.

I believe Vikram has expressed interest in remaking Drishyam in Tamil .. we'll see.
