Now, since the BW BO update restricted strictly to the smallest Chennai trade circle (big budget movies hardly get 6-12 theatres under this circle) and the difference between the 1st and the last is going to be minimum. Getting 6 lakhs lead in this region in the 1st week is like winning a super over by 6 runs.
To get some idea with the numbers, I tried an estimated BO collection for Chennai + Chennai sub urb theatres from 10th jan to 19th jan.

Jilla
Available datas,
Opening weekend collection (Chennai + Suburb) = Rs. 2,72,96,250 ------------- 1
Opening weekend collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 1,32,45,910 --------------- 2
Week 2, weekdays collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 1,57,49,442 (118.9% of the opening Chennai weekend collection) --------------------- 3
Week 2, weekend collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 96,07,329 (72.5% of the opening Chennai weekend collection) ----------------------- 4
Chennai gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan = Rs. 3,86,02,681 ------------ 5
Taking the same percentage to estimate the Suburb collections,
Opening weekend collection (Suburb alone) (1-2) = Rs. 1,40,50,340 -------------------- A
Week 2, weekdays collection (Suburb alone) = Rs. 1,67,05,854 (118.9% of the opening Suburb weekend collection) --------------- B
Week 2, weekend collection (suburb alone) = Rs. 1,01,86,496 (72.5% of the opening Suburb weekend collection) ------------------- C
Suburb gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan (A+B+C) = 40942690 ------------- (D)
Jilla Chennai + Suburb gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan (5+D) = 79545371 (would have been BW cbo gross, if they have updated as usual).

Veeram
Available datas,
Opening weekend collection (Chennai + Suburb) = Rs. 3,04,23,392 ---------------------- (1)
Opening weekend collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 1,23,31,018 --------------------------- (2)
Week 2, weekdays collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 1,60,60,374 (130.2% of the opening Chennai weekend collection) -------------------- (3)
Week 2, weekend collection (Chennai alone) = Rs. 1,08,14,206 (87.7% of the opening Chennai weekend collection) ---------------------- (4)
Chennai gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan = Rs. 3,92,05,598 ------------------------- (5)
Taking the same percentage to estimate the Suburb collections,
Opening weekend collection (Suburb alone) ( 1 - 2 )= Rs. 1,80,92,374 -------------------- (A)
Week 2, weekdays collection (Suburb alone) = Rs. 2,35,56,270.948 (130.2% of the opening Suburb weekend collection) ------------------------- (B)
Week 2, weekend collection (suburb alone) = Rs. 1,58,67,011.998 (87.7% of the opening Suburb weekend collection) -------------------- (C)
Suburb gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan (A+B+C) = 57515656 ---------------------------- (D)
Veeram Chennai + Suburb gross from 10th Jan to 19th Jan (5 + D) = 9,67,21,254 (would have been BW cbo gross, if they have updated as usual).
Had BW updated CBO gross as usual, it would have been,
Jilla = 79545371
Veeram = 9,67,21,254 ( Lead by Rs. 1,71,75,883 )
If the chennai and few chennai suburbs gives 1.71 Cr lead, then the entire TN the lead would be around 10 crores in the first 10 days. Trick is, project the smallest trade circle numbers and call it as neck to neck position.
