it was like Distributer want Theatre owners to sell tickets below 100 and Theatre couldn't agree for it...

Distributor sonna maathiri thaan irukku. My guess is theatre management already decided to replace jilla with veeram, hence this "sOththula kal" board and they immediately started to play veeram it seems.
