Nawaz... Check the movies which had run 100 days in Baby Albert and their total CBO. Take the example from the same analysis check Billa2 and Nanban total gross.

Unga logic padi partha Rajini and Kamal getting huge opening because of solo release. My point is saturated release distributors ellorukkum panrathillai... 1000 shows oru naalla ottalaam athukku makkal varunumea! Solo release nu solli why you are trying to take away the credit? Godfather lam festive release thaan... Even with the limited screen it had a tremendous opening... Limited release and festival release ticket prices will be high because the demand in non urban areas... May be I'm not putting in the right way to you to understand..

Let us agree to disagree... I posted this reply as have mentioned me...

Hence inspite of 2 films releasing,Still Everyone want Festival to release. If More collection If you get by SOLO,then additional 20% footfall than Usual holiday,5 Shows scheduled during festivals HOLIDAys weeks everything makes more than enough.SO nothing to bother.Ultimately contents takes film to Hits/SuperHits.

There are few exceptions like Huge budgets which require SOLO.
In chennai you get more collection in multiplexes during non festive than festive time because most of the first show/first day (within 30 years age) travel home during festive time
Travelling affecting collections is almost nil ...Anyday Festival days register greater footfalls/occupancy with more early shows

hey chill out kid. I don't have anything called hatred towards your favorite star VJ or towards you for that matter....my lols and rotfls are based on your understanding...

I know it is very hard on you and you can very well understand these to be hatred as you are still a kid...

I am sure we are speaking only about opening here. Where family audience, review all came in? How much % family audience come to theaters on opening day or 2?

Reg travel, many of multiplexes raised targeting workers/IT sectors will enjoy more crowd during non festive days. No?
