எனக்கு மிகவும் பிடித்த மிளகுக்குழம்பு

தேவையான பொருட்கள் அளவு(ஒரு நபருக்கு)

1. மிளகு 2 தேக்கரண்டிகள்
2. சீரகம் 1 தேக்கரண்டிகள்
3. கொத்தமல்லி விரை 2 தேக்கரண்டிகள்
4. துவரம்பருப்பு 1/2 கப்
5. இஞ்சி தேவையான அளவு
6. கருவேப்பிலை தேவையான அளவு(ஒரு கைப்பிடி அளவு?)
7. மிளகாய்(சிகப்பு) 2-5
8. புளி தேவையான அளவு(ஒரு எலுமிச்சம்பழ அளவு?)
9. உப்பு தேவையான அளவு
10.பெருங்காயம் 2 சிட்டிகை
11. நல்லெண்ணெய் தேவயான அளவு
செய்முறை - 1

1. மிளகு, சீரகம், தனியா(கொத்தமல்லி விரை), துவரம்பருப்பு,மிளகாய் ஆகியவற்றை ஒரு வாணலியில்
இரண்டு தேக்கரண்டிகள் எண்ணெய் விட்டு து.பருப்பு சிவக்கும் வரை வறுக்கவும்.
1. புளியை 11/2 டம்ளர் நீரில் ஊர வைக்கவும்.
2. வாணலியில் இரண்டு தேக்கரண்டி எண்ணெய் விட்டு பெருங்காயம் மற்றும் கடுகு போடவும்.
3. கடுகு வெடித்தவுடன், கரைத்து வைத்த புளியை விடவும்.
4. வறுத்து வைத்த பண்டங்களை மிக்ஸியில் பொடியாக அரைக்கவும். அரைக்கும்போது இஞ்சி, கருவேப்பிலை
ஆகியவற்றை சேர்த்து அரைக்கவும்.
5. நன்கு அரைத்த பின் கொதிக்கும் புளியுடன் அரைத்த பொடியை சேர்க்கவும்.
6. ஒரு தேக்கரண்டி உப்பு சேர்த்து 5 நிமிடம் வரை கொதிக்கவிடவும்.
7. பின் அடுப்பில் இருந்து இறக்கி வைக்கவும்.
8. மணக்கும் மிளகுக்குழம்பு தயார்(ம்ம்ம்ம்ம்!!!!!)

இவ்வளவு நன்றாக செய்த மிளகுக்குழம்பை எப்படி ருசித்து சாப்பிட வேண்டும் என்பதயும் பார்ப்போமா?
பருப்புத்துவையலுடன் சேர்த்து வடகம் மற்றும் அப்பளத்துடன் சேர்த்து நல்லெண்ணெய் சேர்த்து சாப்பிட்டால்
உத்தமம். காரமான மிளகுக்குழம்புக்கு சில்லென்ற தயிர்பச்சடி சேர்த்து சாப்பிடுவதும் ஓர் தனி சுவை என்று
சொல்லும் பிரிவினரும் உண்டு. மிளகுக்குழம்புடன் சுட்ட அப்பளம் சேர்த்து சாப்பிடுவது அறுசுவை உலகின்
சொர்க்கவாசலையும் காட்டும் என்பது வேறு சிலரின் துணிவு.கத்திரிக்காய் பொரித்தகூட்டும் மிளகுக்குழம்புக்குத்தோதான
ஜோடி தான் என்பது ஒரு கட்சி. எது எப்படி இருந்தாலும் மிளகுக்குழம்பின் ஆரோக்கியமான சுவையை
செய்து சுவைத்து மகிழுங்கள்!!!

The dish is pepper gravy. however dont know the english names for many of the ingredients, so I will take some time to post the translation. BTW, no wonder you (Red Pepper) smell something delicious about this dish-pepper gravy.
Apparently, a democracy is a place where numerous elections are held at great cost without issues and with interchangeable candidates.

hi, iam ayesha
iam translating the given tamil recipe of jaiganes into english! i hope he doesnt mind
pepper curry
ingredients( for 1 person)
black pepper - 2 tsp
cumin seeds - 1 tsp
coriander seeds - 2 tsp
toor dal - 1/2 cup
ginger - as needed
curry leaves - as needed ( a handful?)
whole red chilli - 2 to 5 nos.
tamarind - as needed ( lemon sized ball?)
salt - as needed
asofoetida - 2 pinches
gingelly/sesame oil - as needed
mustard seeds - (he has missed to mention this )
method
heat 2 tsp of oil and fry pepper, cumin, coriander, red chilli and dal, till the dal is golden brown.
soak tamarind in 1 1/2 cups of water.
heat 2 tsp oil in a kadai and add asofoetida and mustard seeds.
when mustard crackles, add the strained tamarind pulp.
in a mixer, powder the fried dal, etc. together with ginger and curry leaves.
add the powdered mixture to the boiling tamarind.
add a tsp of salt and boil for 5 minutes.
remove from fire ; yummy pepper curry is ready!
well..............i hope my translation helps those who want a taste of pepper curry!!
