Media may write paid collections but producers go by current market of an actor. When producers are ready to invest big money on Rajini, Shanakar, Rajamouli why are they not ready to invest on the most experienced money spinning Kamalhassan. Konjam sindhihchu paakanum. Summa veetukulla utkaandhukitu naa pudicha muyaluku 30 kaalunu unga actor ah pathi pesalam mathavangala pathi pesa koodadhu. Adhuku peru vayitherichal. Sattila irukaradhu thaan agapaila varum. Reality is Kamal movies doesnt have the buzz among youths like it used to have. That's the reason why when the movie is not good it struggles a lot. Uthama Villan was a classic example.

Main thing is the sheep which never credits director and any of cast and crew of his hero movies credits director for the success of other hero movie. Thakkali chutney ratham kadhai thaan.

விஸ்வரூபம், தலைவா இரண்டுமே ஒரே மாதிரியான பிரச்சனைகளை சந்தித்தது. இளைஞர்களிடம் செல்வாக்கு(?) பெற்ற விஜய் அழுத படி பேட்டியும் கொடுத்தார். ஆனால் படம் utter flop ஆனதே. அது ஏன்? விஜய் ரசிகர்கள் பொங்கி எழுந்து விஸ்வரூபத்தை விட பெரிய வெற்றி பெற செய்து இருக்க வேண்டாமா?

இதுல உத்தம வில்லன் ஒடலையாம். அந்த மாதிரி படங்களில் நடிக்க முதலில் விஜய்க்கு தைரியம் இருக்கிறதா?

Rajamouli got funded by AP in house company and they will NOT fund such money on ANY non AP actors. For Rajini, ask him to get fund for a non shankar movie, even 100 Crores is doubtful. Even for Robo-2, Lyca is ready to put money but they want best in india for each and every thing. they rejected Vikram as a villain sayin they want an all india popular face as villain. just saying.

And Kamal, he too was approached by Lyca and due to some differences it didnt materialise. But its a fact that he was approached by Lyca. If he agrees just to stay as an actor and agree to put a director as big as shankar, for outside view(inside he can still be allowed to do his own story screenplay dialogs) then he too will get 200+ crores funding. thats not at all an impossible thing for kamal when producers are ready. Kamal always puts lot of different terms and Aascar was the one who agreed to kamal's terms but now he is in problem.

an Age old AVM or very big Sun Pictures agreeing to make Tamil's then high budget Sivaji and Enthiran is not a big feat. They funded seeing Rajni and Shankars market together. But Aascar funded just on Kamal!

I agree Raajjaa goes a bit overboard on Vijay but you can counter him but not kamal. Even if u do, i hope u adher to the facts about kamal's market!

( Btw, in Inox Arcot Road, 2nd monday, for Papanasam, i heard huge whistles and clap for Puli, whistels started when they put the trailer's censor certificate itself!! )
