Yes. Reviews in twitter/fb of neutral audience are all in praise and positive. Vijay fans were expecting lot of mass scenes i guess

I know you did not like Baahubali but the wom was too good for that movie. I have never seen anything like that in the recent times. Despite the fact that it was a telugu movie, tamil audience praised a lot. Trust me I have not seen the movie , Baahubali, yet!

This had better VFX than Bahubali. But Bahubali is Telugu movie. We always applaud other language and other country movies.

Came in here expecting good reviews but most are talking about it as it is average. Will only see it saturday but happy to see vijay do different genre.

So far the general reviews are better than Vijay fans. The latter are more disappointed than the general audience and professional reviewers. We need to wait and see how it goes with family audience and children. Apparently Vijay and Chimbu targeted them. Keep yor fingers crossed.
