Einstein theory's centennial marked
BERLIN, GERMANY -- Celebrating a native son who had to flee the Nazis, Germany opened festivities Wednesday marking the 100th anniversary of Albert Einstein's theory of relativity and the 50th anniversary of his death.
The "Einstein Year" of 2005 is being marked with tours, a scientific conference and a major exhibition about Einstein, whose theories about space, time and relativity revolutionized science.

Well, it can mean - 'King' as well. A poor pulavar sings that to the king - asking for some titbits - as a reward for his song. Wonder what he got??

Looks like the poet rebukes the king in the poem.If the king is autocratic,he would put the poor pulavar in jail.
Whenever anyone tells "poor pulavar"., it always reminds me of Tharumi in Thiruvilayadal aptly played by Nagesh
