I agree with that..ever drunk tea/coffee with fat-free milk? Coffee is somewhat ok due to smell caffeine, but tea tastes like colored water, like the kind in indian railway stations, yuck!
Never eat anything at indina railway stations! Ur gonna have parasites insie u when u come back!
Yeah, I know some people who drink coffee & tea with Lactaid milk! Yeeech!!!! I don't drink either, but I can imagine who they might taste.

It isnt really that bad. Parasites wont survive in the tea/coffee in the first place.

hehehewalrus would you classify glycerides and/or other chemicals, preservatives obtained from animals as non-veg cause then there are a whole lot of ready-made/microw foods that cannot be eaten...

Have a wide variety of veggies so that you don't get bored and also get all the vitamins and minerals.
Wow! What a systematic way of life! How do u manage to cut off Temptation from your Diet?
Niranjana,
it is quite easy once you get used to it. I always have chocolates in the cupboard, ice cream in the fridge, etc. The very idea that I am not banned from eating it and I can eat it any time I want keeps me away Actually we do break rules once in a while but not everyday!
While my husband eats veg food and I am non-veg person, our habits are similar and my diet varies a wee bit may be a few days in the month when I eat fish (generally tuna) or chicken!
Also, when you realise that you don't fall sick as often because you are eating healthy food, you tend to resist temptation
The other couple of things that help are variety and having food on time. Only if you do not have variety you tend to get tempted to eat the wrong type of food. And if you eat on time, you won't feel hungry at odd times and eat whatever you get
