As Villain said, Mayilsamy is Vadivelu's glassmate in that scene. The scene finishes with Mayilsamy's dialogue "Unmaiyana kudikaaran ellam ivanai vandhu adingada"

The scene goes like this,

Vadivelu comes across Mayilsamy and "Super good" Lakshman lying down in the middle of the road in full mabbu (mattai). VV buys a soda and sprays it on Mayilsamy's face.

Mayilsamy: Yenda, thanniyadichuttu Sevvai kiragatthukku poikkittu irundhen, correct-a sevvai kiragatthula kaalai vaikkumbodhu, ezhuppi vittudiyeda

VV: (shell shocked) Sevvai kiragamaa?

Mayilsamy: Mudiyuma, innaikku irukkara porulaadharatthula
