    Kugan, I went to a party, and we were served thick noodle soup.
    The thing was the noodles were fried crisp and thick sauce was poured on top. The sauce had sliced carrots, beans cabbage and things.
    The soup tasted a bit sour, sweet and hot.
    Do you know the recipe for this dish. Sorry I did not catch the name, but it sounded like suey or something. Sorry Kugan, but I really loved the dish.

    rose, will try with less chillies... We generally like lil less spice in our food...so green chilly chutney peyarai kethadhum ...

    Gulabjamun, the dish u ate is called chop suey... I'm sure Kugan will post a nice recipe soon...

    Gulab jamun, Dev is right, this dish is called Chop Suey.
    We cook this dish in our house.
    Before I used to add chicken strips in the dish.
    Now is completely vegetarian
