but what it was, was an accident, a woman pining to be a mother for 18 years labeled as careless is the utmost cruelty one can deal to her.... I think at this time all she needs is understanding and respect.

But I was not talking to her was I? I don't know what exactly happened and I am just commenting based on a couple of news articles. And if they are true, she was indeed careless 'getting ready for the show with the pool door open leaving the child unattended?', could be accidental too but certainly this is one accident that could have been prevented. Its not like a drunk driver ramming into your car. Also it may not be her fault, she would have definitely had a babysitter. I am not meaning any offense certainly, this is such a sad happening and I express my deepest sympathies. Anyway this is certainly not the time to argue about my choice of words and I apologize if I had sounded caustic.
