story is about a 7-year old boy who skips school (and home) to look for his mother.
he meets a 27 year old man, who had run away from a mental home, also in search of his mother.

both go on a road trip and meet several interesting people along the way.
will they meet their mothers? twists and turns will catch you offguard. the excellent screenplay will keep you engaged with the film altho there is very little story line per se.

Nandhalala is NOT your ordinary film, but a page torn out of real lives.

Wow! Very nice to hear from you about Nandalala. Yes it is a very rare kind of film and THE film of the year. This film is straight to heart. But if you see, this film didn't even run in theatres for more than 3 weeks. That's the sad state.

thats ok VS. whats more important is that Nandhalala has etched deep in our hearts.
I wanted to watch it very much in cinemas - but it was only playing in a couple of distant cinemas. Went to one but there was no show as there wasnt enough audience.
