Raj (or whatever his name is, sorry) seems knowledgeable, but look at what he speaks about in the show - most of the time is wasted in adjectives and similes. C'mon man, you can afford to be a bit more technical (where again I'm having trouble with his thalam analysis, which I find quite weird, to say the least).
Same's with other guests like Anuradha Krishnamurthy, TP Gajendran, and other producers/directors. Most of these people have stock answers - beautiful song, perfectly suiting the visuals, composed in 10mins, nobody can compose like him. Yeah, we didn't know any of this already, thanks for the gyan.
The show (atleast the technical part) would be far better if they could get people like Rajesh Vaidya, Prasanna or other musicians who are either self-proclaimed IR fans or who have worked with him. Ennamo pOnga, nadakkara muttum sandosham nu vidavEdiyadhu dhan pola.
yes true. Also to add in the above - that Raja sir brought back Tamil people to listen to tamil songs. This was said by many people in many occasions(Radha Ravi, TP Gajendran).. The person who analyzed Andhimazhai poligiradhu and Naan Kanden song was great.
