It isn't there in Tamil faram. It is a sort of vasana-kavidhai. Written by Sri Sri, a telugu poet of the order of Bharathiyaar per their history. The lyrics are inspirational and situationally apt. Burning with passion and grit. I had completely forgotten the song until app quoted it today. Chiru bhai used it as his (now deceased) party's anthem.
